Work "behind-the-scenes" for Holy Mass

Sacristans prepare all that is needed for the celebration of Holy Mass.  Comprised of a group of well-trained and dedicated parishioners, sacristans are very helpful and necessary for weekend Masses and funerals.  

• Ministers are scheduled through the Parish Ministry Scheduling Software. This is a flexible system that takes into account availability, preferred Mass times, and preferred serving frequency. The system also for trades and substitute requests within the team of Extraordinary Ministers.
• Time Commitment is 1 1/2 hours at Weekend Masses and Holy Days
